VoltMost is not an emergency service
VoltMost is a marketplace that connects drivers with independent local roadside providers. It is not an emergency response service. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, including a crash with injuries, a fire, a medical emergency, or an unsafe roadway situation, call 911 or your local emergency service first.
How to get help
During an active roadside request
Use the Help and support tools inside the VoltMost mobile app whenever possible. Open the live status screen for your request and tap Help to message support about that specific job. In-app support is linked to your request, so our team can see the service details, your assigned provider, and the current status without extra back-and-forth.
General support and feedback
For general support, app problems, account questions, or feedback, contact us at info@voltmost.com. Email from the address on your VoltMost account and include your name and, if your question is about a specific service, the date and location of the request so we can find it quickly.
What we can help with
App & technical issues
Trouble installing, signing in, loading the map, receiving notifications, or using a feature in the VoltMost app.
Account questions
Updating your profile, changing your email or password, reviewing past requests, or deleting your account.
Roadside service requests
Questions about a towing, jump start, lockout, flat tire, EV charging, or other roadside request you placed.
Billing & payments
Receipts, charges, refunds, payment methods, and questions about what you were billed for a service.
